Terms and Conditions – That Salty Soul

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be secured with a deposit or full payment as specified. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all group bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund. Payments can be made via [insert payment methods].

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking to receive a refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit for group bookings). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. In case of unexpected illness or emergency, we may offer a credit toward a future session at our discretion. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited during any session, retreat, or event. Anyone found under the influence will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behaviour.

4. Photography & Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions, events, and retreats for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the session begins. By attending, you grant That Salty Soul permission to use images for social media, website, and promotional materials unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity hosted by That Salty Soul, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after your session. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before participating in physical activities.

6. Changes & Cancellations by That Salty Soul

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor availability). In such cases, participants will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. By booking a session, retreat, or event with That Salty Soul, you agree to these terms and conditions.
